You’ve got way too much going on, yet somehow, it doesn’t feel like enough.
Women in midlife are so busy, taking care of everything and everybody, driving here-there-&-everywhere, bringing home the bacon (or the Tofurkey). We rarely make time to notice where we are, where we’re heading. The shift that’s going on underneath it all? It’s seismic.
The irritations that show up in midlife – the longings, the dissatisfactions – these are your messengers, calling you to listen. To respond.
To make the most of this opportunity, I invite you to take some time away from your overflowing list of responsibilities. Take some time to nurture your clarity. Tune in to your inner Navigator — the one who can guide you through the noise and let you hear your own truth ringing like a bell.
Why it’s so important to tune in:
You’ve seen them, in the grocery store, maybe in your own family: the women who’ve given up. They get more brittle – and more grumpy – as time goes on.
They weren’t always like that. They all had dreams once, to make a quilt or write poems or open a tiny cafe or go to Paris, France, or to stay in love. But then a lot of Tuesdays came and went and they did what they had to do, taking care of everybody and everything. Their dreams faded as months and years of Tuesdays flew by, etching sad lines of disappointment on their face.
You aren’t going to give up like that. You are tenacious and hopeful. You get these glimmers, nudges, flashes of brilliance, that shine hopeful between all the Tuesdays. Those are your calls to action.

- Discerning the other voices in your head that boss you around.
Afternoon: Solo time in nature & creative studio —
