GOOD GIRL BAD GIRL : Unwrapping the Essence of Naughty & Nice
In this playful workshop, explore the deeper meaning and messages of Good Girl and Bad Girl, aspects from childhood that can still act up:
- Good girl is the one who needs to please others; she says “Yes!” even if it’s not right for you.
- Bad girl is the rebel who says, “Forget it. I do what I want,” even if it’s not the best choice.
This holiday season, give yourself a true gift: to align your Good Girl & Bad Girl with your authentic self.

New Morning SPARK movement / dance class in Poulsbo
Start the week strengthening your Mind-Body-Heart-Spirit connection. Feel joy and strength rising up as we express gratitude and intention. With the Four Directions / Elements as a simple structure, we’ll move, reflect, & share songs. Movements range from simple yoga stretches to basic African dance.

Sing The SPARK
Circle Songs are an improvisational art form developed by Bobby McFerrin and collaborators Rhiannon and others. I’ve studied with a few of their Northwest protégés. Circle singing is among the most inspiring, heart-opening and deepest forms of music. And So. Much. Fun.
When you sing you cannot help but be exactly YOU. You open your heart; joy, love, beauty and funky stuff pours out. All colors of emotions are welcome.
