To fully embody your divine Spark – core essence of love and creativity – we’ll practice curiosity, compassion and courage. Storytelling gets us curious about the layers of protection we all wear: inner voices of fear, criticism and ‘shoulds.’ Compassion is the magic to transform these layers in the moment, and courage helps you to unveil the essence you long to share with the world.

In this playful workshop, explore the deeper meaning and messages of Good Girl and Bad Girl, aspects from childhood that can still act up:
- Good girl is the one who needs to please others; she says “Yes!” even if it’s not right for you.
- Bad girl is the rebel who says, “Forget it. I do what I want,” even if it’s not the best choice.
This holiday season, give yourself a true gift: to align your Good Girl & Bad Girl with your authentic self.

Circle Songs are an improvisational art form developed by Bobby McFerrin and collaborators Rhiannon and others. I’ve studied with a few of their Northwest protégés. Circle singing is among the most inspiring, heart-opening and deepest forms of music. And So. Much. Fun.
When you sing you cannot help but be exactly YOU. You open your heart; joy, love, beauty and funky stuff pours out. All colors of emotions are welcome.
- First and Third Thursdays, Starting October 18.
- 7:00-9:00 pm.
- Optional potluck snacks
- At The Barn with a View near the Hood Canal Bridge
Creative time to explore what fires you up: singing, songwriting, art, drama, writing. Circle time to share your ups & downs. Connect & collaborate on a project of your choice, with support and skills mentoring.

- At the SparkBarn near the Hood Canal Bridge
One on One Mentoring:
Would you like support to live your radiant, authentic Spark? To notice how you sometimes stop yourself from embodying the potential inside you? Would you like to learn to recognize your protective cloaks or layers? Fabulous tools to build awareness, passion and productivity? Consider Mentoring.
Mentoring is similar to coaching, with an added focus on learning tools and skills designed to build your knowledge of your strengths, patterns and desires. Always with compassion for exactly where you are right now.
